Why is LoadPilot shutting down?

After nearly 20 years of operation, changes in technology, market expectations, and platform requirements have made it no longer sustainable for us to continue operating LoadPilot. While this was a difficult decision, it allows us to close responsibly and ensure customers have time to transition smoothly.

When will LoadPilot shut down?

  • Technical Support Ends: March 10, 2026
  • System Shutdown Date: March 25, 2026

After March 25, 2026, the system and all stored data will no longer be accessible.

Can I still use the system during this period?

Yes. You may continue using LoadPilot at no charge until the shutdown date.

How do I download my information?

What happens after March 10, 2026?

After March 10:

  • Technical support will no longer be available
  • The system will remain online until March 25 for self-service data access only

Will I receive a refund if I prepaid?

Yes. Customers with prepaid subscriptions extending beyond the shutdown date will receive prorated refunds for unused time. Refunds will be processed automatically.

What happens to my data after shutdown?

All customer data will be permanently deleted after system shutdown. Please ensure you download and save your information before March 25, 2026.

Can I get an extension?

Due to infrastructure and cost constraints, we are unable to offer extensions beyond the shutdown date.
