Important: Download Your Data Before Platform Shutdown
Our platform is shutting down, and all access to your data will be permanently removed once the system is offline.
To avoid data loss, please download all required files immediately by following the instructions below.
General Download Guidelines (Read First)
- Downloads may take several seconds or minutes, especially for large files.
- Do not click repeatedly while a file is downloading. This may cause errors or duplicate files.
- Some exports only download one page at a time (for some users, up to page 4).
- You must repeat the export process on each page to capture all records.
- Ensure you complete downloads for every relevant section listed below.
- Download Contacts Data
(Shippers, Consignors, Consignees)
- Hover over the Contacts tab.
- Select the data type you want to download
(e.g., Shippers, Consignors, or Consignees). - Click the Excel Export button (the 3rd button on the page).
- Wait for the download to complete.
- Navigate to the next page (if applicable) and repeat the export.
- Repeat this entire process for each Contacts category.
Important Notes
- Each Contacts type must be downloaded separately.
- Large contact lists may take longer—please be patient.
- Download Accounting Ledger
- Hover over the Office tab.
- Select Excel Export.
- The Accounting Ledger page will open.
- Click Save as Excel.
- Wait for the download to complete.
- Repeat the process for any additional ledger selections you need.
Important Notes
- Do not click multiple times while the file is generating.
- Repeat exports if your ledger spans multiple sections or pages.
- Download Loads (Recent Load History)
- Hover over the History tab.
- Select Recent Load History.
- Click Save to Excel.
- Wait for the download to finish.
- Move to the next page and repeat the process until all records are exported.
Important Notes
- Clicking repeatedly will result in multiple duplicate files.
- Page-by-page downloads are required to ensure all load history is saved.
Final Reminder
Once the platform shuts down, all data will be permanently inaccessible.
Please confirm that you have downloaded all required files before the March 10, 2026.
If you experience issues during the download process, complete as much as possible immediately.
